Refund and Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers and distributors may return products and request refunds. NRI is committed to customer satisfaction and compliance with consumer protection laws
2. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned if:
- They are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- They are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The return request is made within 48hours of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods or items with short shelf life.
- Products that have been opened or partially used.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact NRI Customer Servic
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Return the product to the designated NRI office or authorized distributor/treasure shop.
- Once inspected, NRI will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
5. Refunds

- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to NRI’s error.
6. Exchanges

Distributors may return unsold inventory under the following conditions:
- Products must be in resalable condition.
- Returns must comply with NRI’s Distributor Agreement and policies.
- Any commissions earned on returned products may be deducted from future payouts.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.
