To enable you transfer your wallet earnings to transaction wallet.
You create it by typing your chosen name or set of letters & or figures. Then click “update” in the red bar below it. It will take you to the next page where you type the amount & username in case you’re transferring to another Username; in case of T-Wallet transfer.
Go to your back office and confirm if your bank details are correct.
Try the forget password link on the Login dashboard and if problem persist, contact the customer care.
