Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 2026
1. Purpose
This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which customers and distributors may cancel orders, subscriptions, or memberships with NRI.
2. Order Cancellations
- Customers may cancel an order within 24hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under NRI’s Return & Refund Policy.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- Any recurring subscription (e.g., auto-ship programs) may be cancelled at any time by contacting NRI Customer Service.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 3days before the scheduled billing date.
4. Distributor Membership Cancellations
- Distributors may cancel their membership by submitting a written request to NRI.
- Upon cancellation, distributors forfeit any pending commissions or bonuses not yet processed.
- Unsold inventory may be returned in accordance with NRI’s Return & Refund Policy.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations
NRI reserves the right to cancel orders or distributor accounts in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
- Violation of NRI’s Terms & Conditions or Distributor Agreement.
- Non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is cancelled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- If cancellation occurs after shipment, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
